Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be legal Missouri or Kansas residents who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

2. Employees of Local Television LLC, Allied Entertainment, Paramount, Performance Entertainment, Southwest Airlines, WDAF FOX 4, www.fox4kc.com, and any other sponsors FOX 4 may add (collectively, “Sponsor”) and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How To Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per hour. The sweepstakes begins when posted on June 8, 2010, and all entries must be received by midnight local time on June 20, 2010.

4. To enter, entrants can go online to www.fox4kc.com, access the on-line contest entry form and follow all instructions. Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsor of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for broadcast, online posting, or in any other media, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

5. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.

6. One on-line winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on or about June 21, 2010.

The Prize(s)

7. One winner will receive four VIP tickets to the premiere of The Last Airbender in New York,; round-trip Economy Class airfare for four (4) two night hotel stay (1 room for family for four) at the Hilton New York (June 29^th through July 1^st, 2010 only); taxi reimbursement to/from NY airport; limited travel insurance. The trip is provided by, Paramount Pictures. The winner will also receive a The Last Airbender Flip MinoHD video camera. The average retail value of the prize package is: $3,529. All persons traveling on the trip must be 18 years of age or over, unless travelers under 18 are accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of each minor. The winner(s) is responsible for all travel-related expenses not expressly stated in the prize description, including, without limitation, meals, beverages, gratuities, ground transportation, taxes and surcharges. If winner is unable to travel on the dates designated (June 29^th through July 1st, 2010), winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may choose an alternate winner. The winner and all those traveling will be required to show ID. The winner will be required to hold a valid credit card. The credit card is required for hotel check-in as incidental guarantee.

8. The Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on June 21, 2010. The Winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release within 24 hours of notification or he or she will be disqualified. If a winner cannot be reached, or if a winner does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release within the designated time period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected randomly. If no eligible Winner is selected by June 20, 2010, then no Prize will be awarded.

9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the Winner. The Winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

10. The Winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.

11. Contest Entities are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, volcanic eruption, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the “Contest Entities’ sole control. In the event the trip or event is cancelled or postponed, the ticket portion of the Prize may be cancelled without substitution or compensation therefore.

12. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

13. These giveaway rules are available at www.fox4kc.com, and Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WDAF, 3030 Summit Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 through June 20, 2010.

14. For the name of the Winner, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope after June 20, 2010 to: The Last Airbender, WDAF, 3030 Summit Street, Kansas City, MO 64108.

15. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.

16. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor’s use of entrants’ personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.fox4kc.com.
